Yep, the initial reaction to the commercial PR was positive. So that does bode well for a strong reaction to a more substantially transparent PR in the future.

On the flup side, as time passes without that, the announcement that did happen becomes viewed more cynically, and the company’s credibility takes a hit. That raises the bar higher.
