The market doesn't know what Dr. Lebby knows. He made it clear the other day the industry wants more data. Maybe he is excited because he has major contracts waiting to be signed depending on the data being collected and the results are great so far. This is what I'm thinking or hoping is happening. All hurdles and issues have been resolved. They are receiving 1,000s of devices and data is being collected. IF the results consistently fall in line with specification required, stability, reliability and a high yield then multiple contracts will be inked. You saw the reaction from the market from a deal with no name and very little details. Imagine a major name drop and a detailed revenue projection. Thats pretty much what the market is waiting on. This day-to-day trading on no news is just that.
