Yes, for material events you have 4 business days but many would argue that submission is not material (enough). Acceptance or rejection of the MAA by the MHRA would be considered material, I would think, by everybody. PRing, the submission of the MAA is just Good PR Practice which as far as I could tell is done by almost all public biotechs, especially small ones.
