It's rather obvious, Anavex selected an IMPROVEMENT threshold to identify the SUPER RESPONDERS.

Anavex had to introduce a threshold to apply OR.


This is pretty basic stuff here. It seems several FUDsters are trying to spin BS narratives.
Anavex could've chosen a baseline threshold, but in a short 48-wk trial, there's significant noise; therefore, they increased the threshold to an IMPROVEMENT.
No other AD P3 trial has demonstrated a significant number of patients who functionally IMPROVED (>3x).
