--again, IMO he cut a deal with his toxic convertible debt holders not to R/S until they had a chance to unload.

Any serious RM candidate is unlikely to accept the current SS.

Maybe Tad intentionally targets those who are new to public markets, who can possibly have wool pulled over their eyes?
