--Agree. Tad has a looong history as a stinky pinky insider. As such he knows full well how to manipulate as well a where the razor's edge of legality lies. There's an endless supply of guys who think going public is cheap, easy and a fast track to wealth. OTC is where most get schooled the hard way.
