BEST CASE is he files R/S asap.

--again, IMO he cut a deal with his toxic convertible debt holders not to R/S until they had a chance to unload.

6/22/22--

For the past two years, the Company has worked diligently to resolve its legacy financial burdens in order to move forward for the benefit of its shareholders. The Commission's decision to cancel the fine and interest completes the settlement of all known significant legacy debt against the Company, including the previously announced settlement and release of $6.9 million in outstanding notes payable to Berkshire Capital Management Co. and various third-party legacy lenders."

Yet on 7/18/22 he converted and issued 337,500,000 shares (deeply discounted at .00008 --FOUR zeroes-- vs the retail price of.0017 that day) to Pinnacle Consulting followed on 2/6/23 by another 510,882,920 shares (discounted to .00004 --FOUR zeroes-- vs the retail price of.0004 that day).

337,500,000 x .00008= debt conversion $27,000 --the retail value that day was $270,000
510,882,920 x .00004= debt conversion $20,435 --the retail value (.0004) that day was $204,353

The above are in addition to the 200,000,000 shares he converted for Pinnacle on 5/10/22 at a discounted rate of .00015. Again, $30,000 in debt converted by trading $100,000 worth of shares.

Altogether Tad exchanged over a BILLION shares worth $574,353 to Pinnacle in exchange for $77,435 in debt!!! And people think he gives a rats arse about THEM?

The deeply discounted notes Pinnacle's CEO Robert L. Hymers converted cost him 13.48% of the value of the shares he received. And he's just one of the parasites sucking the life blood from gullible investors.

Tad and these old toxic lenders go way back. He was PLPL's lawyer back when they were incurred.
If my old grandpappy were still alive he'd probably say, Tad "is as crooked as a dog's hind leg."
