Sadly, the “acquisition” seems to be a carrot to prop up the SP above another de-listing notice as they sell off all the revenue-producing assets. I could be wrong, but what are they buying while cash strapped with any dilution sending the SP below compliance? They may have a target, but unless it is really small it would likely have to be punted down the line until a time their SP could withstand the dilution, if ever.
