Another case of Bad America-Poor Russia. This from the story.

The "promises" that were made, during German reunifications talk, were made in 1990. Russia invaded Georgia in 2008 and their first invasion of Ukraine in 2014, the second invasion of Ukraine was17 months ago and it's still going on.

Has Russia made any promises about keeping their boys and tanks at home?...

An interesting point, from the story, regarding NATOL

" No formal agreements were made"

So, were the promises that were broken, Pinky Promises, codified by linking little fingers.?
