The company and its employees could have regrouped, shutting down as DBMM and began again under a new marketing company and avoided all the expense and time that it took to get where they find themselves today. But they didn’t do that. Why? Could it be that they knew what injury was done to them, and what rewards they could achieve by fighting the fight. I believe that they were confident that the piper would have to pay up if they won their freedom from the SEC.
