The alternative theory, which is more reasonably backed by the trading action, is that the naked short story was just a myth all along.

If a rapid spike from trips to .04 didn’t trigger any covering (like - AT ALL), you’ve got to AT LEAST entertain the theory that maybe it was a smoke screen from the beginning.

There’s one sure fire way to light the rocket - the company can announce something concrete and reputable. This whole “we’re mot going to tell you our plans. Trust us…” baloney only reinforces the skepticism. Announcing a defined business strategy: “This is what we are going for, this is how we hope to achieve it and this is what we hope the result will be” along with SOME (ANY) new contract or positive steps taken (not intended to be taken) towards attaining the stated goals would help this company FAR MORE than some cockeyed naked short theory coupled with ambiguous language.

Right now, this company is its own worst enemy. And the sad thing is, it doesn’t have to be that way. It’s ENTIRELY their own doing. Unless this is the underlying, unstated goal, of course.
