Assuming they didn't give away their Trillion dollar tech (with the cure) for $0, SAGA won't own the tech, SAGA investors will get 10% royalties forever in exchange for the entities that are plug and play, I.E. no paperwork to do, everything filed with Delaware etc. They are BP or bankers or whatever and they are very happy to have that along with 10% or whatever of the revenue forever.
