1) ENZC sells the subs to SAGA.
2) Management runs the subs under SAGA.
3) Management licenses tech to SAGA through the subs because the subs have all the tech.
I'm confused. SAGA buys the subs as wholly owned subsidiaries. Why would they have to pay more to license their own technology?
A royalty deal would be great. But I haven't seen the companies propose that yet.
