Ok, since I generally like the less fortunate and try to help them whenever I can, I will break out the crayons for you.

1) ENZC sells the subs to SAGA.
2) Management runs the subs under SAGA.
3) Management licenses tech to SAGA through the subs because the subs have all the tech.

OR

Royalty deal in place to provide 10% of all future income to SAGA investors...

Once ENZC transfers assets to the trusts or to the subs completely, there are no ops under ENZC until they start some under ENZC.
