Critical New FDA Guidance for Biologic License Applications and Its Impact on $NWBO DCVax.

Sounds good but here’s a Reality Check:

1. Anyone who works in government can tell you that lots of things change on paper but bureaucrats are very good at limiting the practical effect of those changes. They often amount to window dressing for the same practices to continue behind the illusion of responsiveness to political demands.

In short believe when you see it and any change will probably not occur on a timescale that matters to current investors.

2. Imminent is a worthless word with NWBO as history shows and this time is different until once again it isn’t. To get real, please quantify imminent in terms of days, weeks or months (if it’s years then no sane person would say imminent even an NWBO investor).

3. Flaskworks is clearly not ready for prime time and like the 1st journal article that took forever and appeared in a lower tier journal despite much ballyhoo about a top tier publication or the JAMA article that gummed up TLD release for no benefit (we got to over $2 a share just on spec alone two years earlier and manipulation was supposedly happening then too) Flaskworks will just delay us for little short to medium term benefit compared to opportunity and current costs at best and at worst we’ll wait and then NWBO will bite the bullet and manual production it will be anyhow just with extra steps.
