NWBO shares are actively spoofed by market makers. There's likely a lot of wash trading. Most of the volume isn't real investors making decisions based upon the fundamentals inherent to this firm.

We do not see share count going up enough to account for these erratic trading patterns. Moreover management are still holding shares while it makes zero sense for anyone to sell post MIA, PIP, and JAMA.
