DIdn't yesterday's Disclosure Filing state that the same # of Shares on the open market would be kept & NOT increased during this time? However, you stated ,"If SAGA issues 45 million shares to ENZC [which would come from its EXISTING # of Shares, which IS permitted in the structuring of this Deal], then increases O/S before the six months to offset, that could create even more make-whole shares for the dividend." I fail to see how this would cause the Share Price to go down.
