I would think that if the spoofing was continuing this week and today and the stock price rose ~15% in that timeframe I would think NWBO wouldn’t have a case then because with the spoofing the stock price is able to rise. I agree that spoofing is illegal and shouldn’t be allowed however the case is based on spoofing causing the stock price to be surpressed.

In general otc stocks can move either direction with no real news.
