I believe the spoofing has been continuing over the past 5+ years, including this week, and today. Illegally spoofing is 1 of the primary reasons NWBO stock is only sitting at $0.71 today instead of $7.10+.

The increase of a few pennies this week does not undue 5+ years of illegal manipulation by the conspirators, nor does it absolve them of any responsibility.

The stock has moved up slightly this week, but no one is overly excited about $0.69 or $0.71. NWBO stock is still significantly undervalued because of illegal spoofing and manipulation by Market Markers, and their co-consprirators, including short sellers and their social media surrogates. .
