Fried chicken. Jay cooks his the good old fashioned way -in bacon grease, Yes- it's very tasty, but my brain will not allow me to eat it. I bake or grill mine. This week's beer is Sierra Nevada's Hoptimum. It's about as far from Bud Lite as you can get. But- I've never liked any Bud - has nothing to do with any sponsorship.
