Is the unwritten (smart)process driven by science or medical trials or the right financial judgement or does A Mr. BIG just do some secret handshake w/ Insty's who then send the password??

With all the sick people on the planet who need a CNS DISEASE solution and all the money sitting on the sidelines , etc...every possible combination of ingredients are present or available....the process is obviously stopped or broken. We have shown sufficient proof to warrant urgent insty and regulatory action. Is it a judgement that some do not see/agree w/our claims? If true, then what the F do they want ? OR....is this just good ole fashioned stupidity/greed/power/control.... BS?
