For sure. Dilution schemes is about 95% of otc. But there’s always a few unicorns like alpp etc. I think many considered Dvlp possibly one. But who knows anymore.

But Stavros never hid his dilution. He opened reg A and everyone knew how many shares he could issue.

Wasn’t taking out more notes and just letting them expire.

Since reg A closed. There’s been only like 15M added to restricted since December.

Will see if he keeps that up.
