I re-read Nokia's prayer for relief in their First Amended Complaint filed with the court on 2/9/07. The list reads like a wish list and contains 13 different prayers (a-m). I asked myself why didn't they use all 26 letters of the alphabet in their relief prayers. After all why leave anything out.

I guess the point is that what they are asking the court to do is rule on things I think are beyond the courts capacity. In fact, the pleading is like a wife who wants everything in a divorce, but has no real case, so they make up stuff to put in their pleading.
