Buy BIEL while cheap. You have been saying it for years. I don’t think she wants to be here for years that is what she said. I think she wants to sell that is her words. Opinion of course based on her previous comments. She has never said anything about what you are suggesting. Plus why invest there own money if they were going to do what you suggest. Doesn’t make sense.
