I don't think this company will ever file for BK.

I think they will give up pretending at some point, at which time they will do a R/S and spend the next two years converting the Whelan and Staelin debt.

BK is only something that might happen if Kelly sells the Officer/Board seats, and I don't see that happening, partly because nobody wants the company and partly because she loses out on her big payday if she's not CEO/President.

And it's a big payday. She won't be able to double her IBEX loan because dumping will drive the PPS down, but if she is systematic about dumping and releases some hype PR's at timed intervals, she'll do quite well.
