Just not true-Frank paid the total amount contracted for. NH has been called many things here but none flattering. I'll just wait for this Charter deal, whether it's Monday or Tuesday or...when the buyer is ready to close. Going from private to public takes a little time-prep for audits, PR, legal, BOD, OTC filings, etc all take time. The rest is just bashing because of the rear view mirror. If the deal was BS, the exposure and regulatory backlash would be significant and I do not believe that MONI is looking for trouble-sell yes, problems-NO
