I find it interesting that no one has been able to factually dispute NH's claims in writing.

In fact, if you look at the http://worldoilgroupinc.com/ ( Tab More -Frank Ottaviani Debt to Nathan Hall) website, he posts many facts in writing where Frank has tried to extort NH threatening not to pay NH the balance of the money for the purchase of the majority shares if he did not give him shares not in the purchase contract. Frank has also continued to lie to everyone and all the shareholders in writing by posting false Press Releases.

These text messages prove Frank has not finished paying for the company and the company is in legal trouble because Frank has not fully purchased the company from NH but has been transacting as if he has. FRAUD to SHAREHOLDER

You can also see the two Attorney Opinion Letters (Rule 144 & 4(a)(a) that NH got on the shares he legally owned. It's very obvious Franks's Attorney was directly notified and could not stop these shares from being clear because there were investigated and cleared by all legal SEC compliance.

I am very sure that if any of this was false information then Frank or his attorney would have sent him a Cease and Desist and it's very clear this has not happened.

So one must consider this is true information until it's proven otherwise with facts like what has been presented by the seller who has clearly been extorted and threatened by Frank in writing.

Why isn't Frank even trying to defend the situation? It seems every time Frank has posted lies in a PR, other factual information was provided to prove Frank's lied in Press Releases to the public and its shareholders.

After looking at the website and seeing all the old companies' accomplishments and travels, it's crazy that you can't find one thing significant MONI has done other than pump fake PRs
