Its very clear you have not read the demand letter posted on the www.worldoilgroupinc.com website (tab more ) that shows Frank still making payments to NH after he claimed to have paid for the majority shares.
Also, you need to read the WhatsApp message written from Frank to NH threating not to pay him the ballance of the majority shares if NH didn't give him shares that were not in the Sales Purchase Agreement.
Frank admits he still owes money on those shares.
This will be a legal issue not good for the company as NH also lost hundreds of thousands in hard cash on Franks threats to short the stock not to pay NH hurting all the share holders .
Don't blindly listening to any one party or group follow the evidence and you will see Frank has committed multiples lies and crimes and lots of intentional lies to all the share holders
