Onerag, We have seen people here point to KM being god in price negotiations in Europe (he sure talked a lot about it in presentations).

I know this here has a degree of hindsight - but what seemed to happen is that Prize demands killed entrance in some places - like Germany' - and stalled the entrance to other big markets for years' - France - Spain - Italy.
