SG - I think step one is to file a complaint with the SEC. enclosed is the complaint form you can submit. I have divulged my identity to them and advised of my intentions. I have compiled correspondence for the last 12 years. I had hoped we would hear from them in the form of a Presidents update, laying out the path forward with respect to shareholders/ shares.
