CGEI breached its investment agreements with people who bought directly from company.

Remember the post split graphs Bryan personally solicited to would be shareholders? We do, as he then removed the stock from OTC Markets and out right stole the money that Gary Westerholm collected for a publicly traded stock.

He had absolutely no right to do this as those who bought would have NEVER bought a dark private company that does not report or trade publicly.

The worm had better start answering the phone and returning messages before he's answering to a judge.

This is against the law. I do hope Bryan will hold true to people who invested before it gets seriously ugly with CGEI.

Bryan Zaplitny Solicited people to buy a publicly traded stock and then ripped them off and stole the money.

Plain and simple and easy to prove.

My Bible states to settle differences before it goes to court to be settled. His soul is at stake and what has been done to investors is unforgiving in the eyes of the Lord
