Yes, "missing information" is why this stock is still stuck in mud, no intelligent person would treat a disease without proof that it has met the medical protocols.

Just saying that we have met all endpoints without proof is why everyone keeps scratching their heads.

My idea is that he is waiting for the Excellence Trial which will give us one notch up with other things to follow (hopefully)....so I remain "hopeful"
