Unfortunately this presentation does not include selecting from the two groups by a threshold on some characteristic of the group members, such as a certain improvement in ADAS-Cog.

Since ADAS-Cog is one of those response parameters of A2-73 that has a strongly non linear relationship to A2-73 concentration and that further concentration was a mix achieved from a titration toward 30mg or 50mg A2-73, we are missing important information required over and above the simple calculation presented in the video and the various attempts here at inferring the n that responded.

The function to deal with that strongly non linear relationship to find our missing n, is what Anavex stated in the footnote to the original CTAD slide was Logistic Regression.
