This expert market is a new market created I think in September of
2021 when they decided to come down on the OTC companies that
didn't keep current with their filings.
I reached out to my brokers trade desk, their managers and the their
bosses.
I spent hours on the phone and was told that only accredited investors
with accounts over $1 mil were given the opportunity to buy on the
Expert Market.

I reached out again last October and got the same answer so I never
checked since then. I even called FINRA and the OTC Markets Group
but they weren't any help, they put me on hold and I got bounced
around to various departments. I got no where, they didn't have
any info to speak of about how this was to trade at that time.

I just looked it up again and I believe it changed from the last time I
read it :
Quotations in Expert Market securities are restricted from public viewing.
Only broker-dealers and professional or sophisticated investors are
permitted to view quotations in Expert Market securities.

"Despite the restrictions on who can view quotations, the Expert Market
does not impose restrictions on who can trade securities.
Rule 15c2-11
governs a broker’s ability to submit, publish or distribute quotations (i.e.
bids and offers) in OTC securities. The Rule does not apply to the
underlying transactions or the ability of an investor to buy or sell a
security.

Contact your broker for information concerning restrictions or qualifications
for accessing Expert Market securities."
