I asked “so the SEC and OTC only allows sells … (yes) … we’ll then , tell me , if every brokerage I’ve spoken with only allows retail to sell, then who the hell is on the other end buying ??? … (well certain levels of investors are allowed to participate in expert market , institutional investors, accredited, etc,) … okay great so when retail sees an opportunity to buy at a value and is willing to take that risk , we are hindered from capitalizing on the opportunity … (unless you can get a qualified invest to purchase on your behalf ?? )
