I've spoken to three different levels of reps at Schwab and
that is exact criteria that they required to purchase shares
in SNDD. That conversation was over 6 months ago so I
don't know if that has changed since then. Anyone at
Schwab that placed a trade gets the same messaage
that this is a sell only stock.
At one point I had one rep on the phone that said it was
possible but once they tried to initiate the tranaction they
were prompted that it could not be placed.
