The “Big” differences now are;
At least Sarissa (Denner) has skin in the game. The old guard did not. Yes, 6% isn’t much, but it does give Denner some incentive.

Denner has leveraged himself pretty slick. To gain control of Amarin for $100M was quite an accomplishment. To get rid of the old guard was quite an achievement. IMHO this was a masterful stroke. For the shareholders especially.

I have to think it’s strictly business with Sarissa and the BOD. They see the opportunity, they will seize the moment. They will sell Amarin for a premium. Move on to the next opportunity.

It does make you wonder about the laws that protect investors from poor management and BODs? Before Sarissa taking control, we shareholder were so frustrated. I don’t believe this is the case with Sarissa and Company. Because of the above.
