Nobody here really gets the picture by reading all these posts. Sarissa collectively owns about 6% of amrn, but now they own amrn not as it's largest shareholder, but by board seats and C.E.O. they can make any decision they wish to without any reprocussions as did the old bod for years. You could not remove a guy like Denner now he runs amrn. Secondly, he has no need of buying anymore shares as it stands because he makes all the decisions anyways and doesn't need to hold any sort of majority, although at 6% plus it is significant. Thirdly, it would cost Denner nearly a Billion dollars to take amrn private at $2.00. As is they are under water heavy on 100 million bet, they ain't Elon musk guys. You think Sarissa Capital has another Billion to take amrn private you're in a pipe dream. These guys aren't dumb, they aren't going to invest a penny more. They are here to make the best of a terrible situation and hopefully come out ahead, that's it and that's all. Imho
