Rose, the government failures are the start of all this terrible process

I believe that a company should feel "safe" when they are issued a patent by the US Patent Office

and that patent should be "as good as gold" and not be able to be subjected to the court system to be overturned

Plus, as with many other countries, the USA should not allow generic drug companies at all

and companies that spend millions on developing, testing, and getting approval of their drug should be the ones to profit off of them - that is true capitalism

The Generic drug companies are Socialism and should have been allowed in the 1st place

And it is no surprise that Democrat Socialist judges like Du and the several clowns on the appellate court supported the Socialist alternative
