I think Yozma investors might have a hard time with Gerald doing as you claim. They have not converted their shares, unlike SIH. They may even provide additional funding to take out the remaining SIH convertible debt. Gerald's not going to screw Yozma as they've been rock steady in their support for Todos and haven't tried to screw the company like SIH/Rob Rill has. I continue to feel the price decimation resulting from these conversions is temporary and the company and share price can recover. Yozma certainly has the resources to buy up remaining convertible debt and steady the Todos ship.
