I have been saying all along, he will R/S this thing at 1/500 before the expiration of the shareholders authorization.

This way he will be able to get another authorization at the next shareholders meeting to R/S it a 2nd time, but at a much lower ratio, in order to uplist.

It is sooooo easy to see, if people will just open their eyes...
