how can anyone deny the CEO took shareholders for a ride. Grossly overpaid, grossly over exaggerated everything he was doing and in the end never produced a product with meaningful value for his shareholders.

It would be hard to prove this was the CEO's intent from the beginning unless you had an insider with proof who turned on him.
