Well worded response but it was pure rubbish. I do have a solution, it is to get Gomez, Hunt, Lastella and Friends a million miles away from this ticker. You think you can waltz in cause you were friends w management and pump some supplement website and expect share holders to sign a proxy? NOT HAPPENING.

You guys should be ecstatic cause the company can be cleaned and get a fresh reverse merger w millions in Revs, but instead you want to keep this non revenue producing Green Star afloat. Tells me everything i need to know. Your not acting in best interest of the shareholders, your acting in your own best interest/agenda.

BTW I would call the SEC in a heartbeat. I have a contact at David C Nelsons office who could point me in the right direction. I think I will contact Vic Devlaeminck for advisement on this matter.
