There are only a few people who really know that status of the company. Since this company is Publicly owned, the Shareholders have the right to do WHATEVER they want. You are a sole shareholder in your world, but there are many shareholders that want to move forward. You have offered NOTHING. Either offer a solution, or sell and get out. Stop crying to your Dad (Vic) and making such worthless threats. You offer NO VALUE WHATSOEVER.

Your real identity must be Vic because you have not offered a solution to the problem of who will become the CEO. I doubt you are going to give Kristy any money and you have also avoided paying the fees for posting the Financials. So it is clear that you are a fake.
