As a shareholder, you can certainly do that. I wish you would. But you won't. You are just Hot Air. Your presence on this board is not helping. You never answered my question: WHO should be elected as CEO? And how do you get there without getting a Majority of Voters FROM the shareholders? Do you see the problem?
