Thats not how it works. IST doesn't own there own company anymore. They are wholly owned by tpt. Everett is the president, but book keeping is done by tpt now.

They can't receive funds to "them only" without it going to tpt books.

There was an x agreement date and I believe that date actually went back to December 31, 2021. (Don't hold me to that, but there was paperwork that said it dated to the initial agreement prior to the actual signing date)

If I am wrong on that, then no matter what, it would be on the signature date they were aquired.

The last 3 contracts they announced were under tpt
