As I read the latest posts and concerns that is not where I am at. 1ST has been sold to us with backlog dollars already contracted to them only. If a positive cash flow company it would be part of the PR so I assume they are not. Further research shows their headquarters address are no longer occupied by them however the website has not been updated. The shares they have received from us for the purchasing of their company that looses money due to ongoing operations can be sold into the float when? This is a question I pose to the more elite of our group that understands these things better. I will look deeper into other offices than the headquarters to see if they are still occupied by 1ST.
