The judge was able to see something was mentally wrong but a professional process still exists. It does not take a college degree to see the mental illness and hear the defendant talk about mental illness on the internet. The defendant can not use his lien because of his mental health, he has no choice but to hold it until he stops telling people hes mentally ill. He probably will have to delete his youtube channel before given rights as an adult
