Actually the judge ordered the plaintiff (Vakser) to PAY for a psychological evaluation of the defendant (Mezey) to determine if he (Mezey) was indeed mentally ill as claimed. Eddie is either too broke or too cheap to pay for it so he chose to file a motion of "non suit" which means the lien remains in force until such time as Eddie comes up with the the cash to try again.
