The "connection" with BDGR seems weak at best. It appears that the "professional plaintiff"(the nicest name I can give) Mr. Barnett added BDGR at a later date for an unknown reason(no speculation please). The post stating the termination of SHWJ as an operator of properties begs the question, what properties, who is the operator then and now, where are the financial reports stating this, and does Barnett make good french fries? The lawsuit is against Lanza and possibly SHJW. Throwing BDGR in could be the result of OMDA assuming that Lanza then sold the same supposed properties to BDGR. I can see no stock connection with all these "notes & conv." Lanza was given Pref.Stock by BDGR which was announced recently that it was extinquished. That means eliminated. OMDA issued pref.stock to certain individuals for payment of assets. The judge called this invalid. If this is a accurate word from the court, this is significant. What I think you have here is two related but different events. Please apply the same due diligence here that many of you have done with Black Dragon and not OMDA
